The remoteness of the holiday paradise offers the possibility that you & your children can move undisturbed. There is very little traffic & no through streets. The nearby creek invites to cool the legs to observe frogs & grasshoppers, or simply to lie only on the lawn & enjoy.

We do have a very good infrastructure as well: In 2 km distance, you find 5 supermarkets of know large groups, 6 bakers, butchers, various restaurants & farmers market on Saturday. You can travel carefree & without long preparation, because everything is on site - & not overpriced. Sparkasse & Volksbank, post office, hairdresser & massage therapist you find nearby. Needless to say, Ulmen has a railway station, in which also makes the famous Eifelquerbahn station.

The Nurburgring is in 18 km distance, easily to reach through the country.
